Returns & Shipping
**Express Post will run as normal but is experiencing delays.
All orders are dispatched within 1 business day from our Dandenong DC in Victoria, Australia.
Orders placed on Fridays, Weekends or Public Holidays will be dispatched on the next available business day.
You will be notified by email once your order has been dispatched along with tracking details.

Express shipping is free for orders over $100AUD
Shipping under $100AUD will incur a flat rate of $10AUD for Parcel Post or $15AUD for Express Post
New Zealand Orders:
Shipping is free for orders over $200AUD
Shipping under $200AUD will incur a flat rate of $25AUD*
Rest Of The World:
Shipping is free for orders over $450AUD
Shipping under $450AUD will incur a flat rate of $45AUD*
*Please note - International orders may incur additional customs and duties fees, which are payable by you the customer. Failure or refusal to pay these fees will result in your parcel being returned to sender and the product refunded less these additional shipping costs.
We offer returns for change of mind or wrong sizing purchases within 30 days of receipt of product for Australian Orders and 45 days of receipt of product for International Orders.
Item/s must be returned in their original condition; unused, unaltered, unwashed and in their original packaging. If your order is returned despite these conditions your return may be sent back to you at an additional charge.
Please include your Invoice with order number in your returns parcel
Return shipping is payable by you the customer. We highly recommend sending your return via a traceable method of postage. Dri-Glo will not be held liable for any returned parcels lost, without a proof of delivery to our warehouse.
Return shipping will only be reimbursed or credited if the product is proven to be faulty.
*Please note all refunds can only be processed via the original payment method and take between 3-10 days to be received depending on your chosen method.
We understand how inconvenient and frustrating the experience of getting a faulty product can be, and we're here to make it as easy as possible for you. If a faulty piece has fallen through our pick & pack process, we will work to find a solution that suits both parties. Whether that be an immediate refund, replacement or repair.
